Alain Gardillou, Chef, invites you into his kitchen.

3pm Welcome presentation over a fruit juice

3:15pm Cookery course, simple, adapted recipes...
in just a few hours discover a wide range of ideas,
techniques and tips on a chosen theme.

6:15pm Discussion, questions, a chance to get together with Fabien,
the sommelier, who will present you with his choice of wines and spirits to accompany the 
dishes which have been prepared.

7pm End.

The course: 70 € per person.
