Here at the Moulin, we trust local artisans with their products:

  • spotlight on the famous black Truffle of Périgord;
  • the bread is made by our friend Quentin, Champagnac's baker;
  • the nut of Périgord is a protected appellation;
  • the red fruit jams come from the town of Busserolles;
  • the "cul-noir" pork is bred in a farm in Eyvirat;
  • the butter comes from our neighbouring Charente...
